The audio processor of NES had limited sound production. Despite this limited production of sound, there are many of the music tracks from the game on this system that we remember up to the current time. For many of them, we even prefer some of those tunes to some songs in 3D games that we play in the current time. Who was a Nintendo lover and would have forgotten the sounds from Metroid, Mega man (especially the theme for cut man’s stage), The Legend of Zelda, Tetris or Super Mario Bros. Of course these games were the most commonly played game in Nintendo for several years.
There are however a number of other music tracks that were also very interesting, but unfortunately they were underrated for reasons that are obvious. The reason include low acceptability of the game (people did not like the game itself) and low promotion of the game (not many people got to know about the game and therefore never had the opportunity of hearing the sounds or playing the game). For some of these games however, the soundtrack was just as good as any of the best music track you ever heard in a Nintendo game.
